📌 Training Centre Coordinator / Operating Partner – Contractor Role

VMHA is seeking a qualified individual or organization to fill the contractor role of Training Centre Coordinator / Operating Partner for the upcoming 2026-2027 season.
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Training Centre, including programming, scheduling, staffing, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering development opportunities for both Rep and House players, while ensuring the facility operates efficiently and sustainably.
The position works closely with Hockey Operations and the VMHA Board to align programming with association priorities and enhance the overall player development experience.
