Come experience the VMHA Training Centre with our drop-in sessions designed specifically for recreational ‘C’ players. These fun, high-energy sessions are a great way to stay active, build confidence, and prepare for the season in a positive environment.
Each session includes 1 hour of strength & conditioning and 1 hour of shooting instruction, led by our experienced coaching staff.

Refund Policy
- 100% Refund: If the association cancels a clinic, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
- 50% Refund: If you cancel your registration 30 or more days before the clinic start date.
- 25% Refund: If you cancel your registration 14–29 days before the clinic start date.
- No Refund: If you cancel your registration 13 days or fewer before the clinic start date.
